Whatcha Making for Supper?

OhDarn......It's 7:30pm and I have no idea what to eat,
got distracted with a project in the late light.
There's something in there to fill the hole, probably the last of the spaghetti,
which I also had for 'lunch'.

I trolled through the freezer and found my homemade sloppy joe sandwich fixings. So sloppy joes it is!

Meatloaf BF asked for it so tator tots and beets

I was just at the grocery store trying to figure out dinner and picked up some ground beef for meatloaf too! Easy peasy. I'm not much of a cook (my husband cooks 90% of our meals) but I thought I'd take my turn tonight so if you have any great meatloaf tips I'll gladly take them

A roast chicken....some sort of veggie and an apple crumble here.

I am a decent cook (so far no one died from my cooking) but I am no good at making a decent meatloaf.

The last one was ok....maybe I am just not a meatloaf fan.
