Now if I could only get my girls to work on laying more eggs, I'd be up for some of those.

Morning pork chops not sure of anything else

Swedish meatballs, noodles with cottage cheese, green beans, and a salad.

Pork chops, steamed broccoli and either mashed potatoes or rice-a-roni depending on what the guys want.

I am inundated with eggs- I give some to the dogs, eat as much as I can stand, bake a lot and still have a dozen left over to give to friends

I have 5 middle aged girls, they aren't as quick at laying as they used to be. But usually I have plenty for just the 2 of us.

Right now I am over run with eggs.
I sold over half my birds last summer....that upset the flock so very few were laying. I was told "We need more chickens". Well this spring 6 of my 11 older birds are laying very regularly. Add 8 pullets and I have eggs....lots and lots of eggs. Ultimately I plan to keep just 6-10 hens.

Deviled eggs sounds like a good idea.
