Same as last night here...bbq chicken sandwich with corn on the cob.

I'm going to freeze the rest of the chicken so hubs can enjoy it on his next trip home.

We have portobello mushroom jerky in the oven! It smells amazing. It doesn't count as dinner, but I will definitely be having some around that time.
