Whatcha Making for Supper?

:thumbsupI will post a picture when it is done.
Well the marinated mushrooms didn't dry out enough to become jerky (they were in the oven for 3 hours at 250 degrees, I think), but they are still really good. This was one pound of mushrooms, and it shrunk down into a 4-inch container! I call them "mushroom gummies" because they have a nice chewy texture.

Hey there @21hens-incharge was this kinda your idea it is what I made from you saying pasta salad shells, peas and bacon with 50 x 50 burgers and chips View attachment 2675140

Looks tasty! Of course....everything is when there's BACON!

The pasta salad I make is super easy...
Assorted pasta like rotini, small shells, penne (whatever is in the cabinet really) cooked al dente rinsed in cold until they are fully chilled, drain very well.
Chopped fresh veggies. We use broccoli cut small, yellow and orange bell peppers, radish, cucumber, green onions, and snow peas. Toss it all together with a generous amount of ranch dressing and chill at least an hour. I add black olives to mine but hubs and the son like cherry tomatoes.
