Whatcha Making for Supper?

[Sequel]

I have a small pork shoulder roast in the pressure cooker. I wanted to have the meat to make other things with, like enchiladas and stir fries. The grandkids just left so tonight it might just be chunks of pork with leftover Mac and cheese and some veggies. Too tired to mess with salad!

Made from scratch Sloppy Joes (none of that canned stuff) and fresh corn on the cob.

I make ‘em from scratch too. They taste so much better than from a can!

Tuna sandwiches, cottage cheese and raspberry jello.

Choice of brats or hot dogs, homemade beer battered onion rings and jello.

So far, the only thing I know for sure about dinner is Caesar Suddenly Salad (thanks @oldhenlikesdogs ). That's made and chilling in the fridge.
