Nice base to work with.
Too much for me, lasted longer than I like to keep cold salads around.
Might split the next one in half....and use way less water to boil pasta than they say

I remember spam fritters at primary school. Cut it with a blunt knife and watch the plate swim with grease - nasty business There are probably more unhealthy foods these day, having said that

I may have to give those suddenly salads a shot. I have never tried them.

@oldhenlikesdogs got me curious enough about them to try them out. So far, we've had 2 different ones and liked the Caesar one the best. They are handy to have around and are easy to doctor up as you like.

I like the idea of dressing them up some.
The boxed items seem to always be missing something to me.

Had a late lunch of eggs, corned beef hash and potato casserole - supper ?

Made a late lunch of country fried fish (bass and crappie), onion rings, potato salad and put out home made tartar sauce and cottage cheese and tomatoes. Not a crumb was left over.

Guess late lunches were the order of the day, I had a late one also. Grilled all-beef frank and watermelon.

I made 2 boxes, and added a whole bunch of celery, and a bag of frozen peas. Others I often add cucumbers, cheese cubes, tomatoes, and whatever I have. They are just cheap and easy, and i don't have to think too much.

Popcorn! Easy, fast, and no cleanup. That's a meal I can cheer about.
