Thanks. To be honest, that was lunch. Supper is takeout chicken tikka masala, with butter naan bread Far too much food for one day, but I will be up early for a brisk walk, in the morning (gotta keep the six, errmmm..make that one-pack in condition)

I fry them in a skillet and then slow cook them in a crock pot full of sauce.

Defined the coming heat this morning and made a pan of sloppy joes and some sweet corn. The heat is harder to take on an empty stomach, but also kills my appetite.

I lose track of this thread too! Last night I diced some ham and made a one skillet thing with potatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini and cabbage. The cabbage needed to cook down a bit so I threw in some bone broth ice cubes and one of those Goya seasoning packets con asafaron and it turned out so yummy! More like a stew than a hash but we liked it a lot and there’s enough for tonight as well.
