Ya we did not have brussle sprouts but did have many small lettuce starts and kale so side salad lots of tomato .. I will have sliced tomato as my vegetable

Turkey sub roll sandwiches- Pepper turkey, with cucmbers, green bell peppers, pepproncini, jalapeños, lettuce, and fresh basil leaves. Topped with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
