Diet Dinner?

Lasagna not gonna happen, again....but there is fish sticks and broccoli.
I've got a wicked back ache(old recurrent injury) so was glad just to get the kitchen cleaned up after 2 days on the couch.

Diet Dinner?

Nope. My mom used to have "popcorn for dinner" after we kids went to bed. She said when we were adults, we could have popcorn or candy bars for dinner. I took her at her word.

Choices are spaghetti or chimichanga. I am not choosing spaghetti.

When I was growing up apples, popcorn and usually cheese was our routine Sunday night dinner. Mom cooked 3 meals a day 6 days a week, so Sunday night was her break. And the 3 of us kids loved it!

Finally got the lasagna made and in the oven.....mmmmmm....sure smells good!
