haven't seen less than $12-13 even on sale for quite a while.

I remember 3.99 sale price. 5.99 regular, or maybe that was the sale. They warned me about short term memory...didn't say squat about long term.

Sure has we shop at Costco for our meat get the best value for the best cuts .. We prefer tri tip steaks

I like the sirloin cap for flavor, tenderness, and price. Absolutely nothing wrong with the tri tip tho.
