Hi @Ladies-Eight, I know exactly where Palatka is...from 2013-2016 we lived about 15 miles of there. Now we are up in the panhandle, between Pensacola and Tallahasee.

Drop the carrots and add fresh sweet corn. The Princess was in N. Jersey and bought some at a stand - doubt that it is local, but it looks pretty good.
