I never eat 'traditional Swedish' meals, I just open up a bag of frozen meatballs and add whatever I have in my fridge to it

The most Swedish meatballs I've had are the ones at Ikea, and THEY'RE HORRIBLE. It was just so dry and the potatoes were so goddamn hard, reminds me of school food.

Other places that serve meatballs ruin them, Swedish schools DRENCH the meatballs in oil... And the Ikea ones are just dry...
