Look at the crust though, it’s pretty much perfect, not over or under done.
Oh thank you! I use the King Arthur Flour sourdough recipe. I pre bake them for a few minutes before loading them. That way You pretty much just pull it out when it’s as brown as you like and the cheese is melted.
