Whatcha Making for Supper?

Diners good morning one and all!

I'm back to trying to find something that won't make hubby sick.

Temperature is in the 80s and very hot.

Have a great day!
That’s got to be frustrating! Is it spicy stuff that is problematic or maybe greasy??? Chicken and rice? Chicken and dumplings? Cold baked white fish? My sister and I like fish best served cold. It doesn’t have as much odor and has firmer texture. I hope you can figure something out!

I was just going to ask the same question thinking maybe we could come up with some ideas.

Last night we had fish (salmon for me, haddock for DH) over zoodles with alfredo sauce.

Tonight will be chicken with the leftover alfredo sauce & green beans.

& keto kentucky pie. (we don't eat carbs here, for the most part, they make me feel ill)

Some days whatever I fix is okay and two or three days later the same dish will make him sick.

I fix spicy, fried, cold, baked, boiled, and air fried.

His medication makes him sick as well; when I looked them up all had an adverse side effect of nausea.

This is not a fun thing to be doing.

I am a RN and can't figure this out.

Sometimes the carbs are his best dish.

He especially like pasta (spaghetti with or without sauce, pasta salad being careful what veggies I put in it, pasta with butter, and of course pasta in a casserole)
