Got me some free feesh off the boat shrimp. I see a gumbo being made tomorrow. Can't wait it's gonna be gooooddd!! Good size too

After making sauce all day we did Nachos here in town.
21 pints 16 quarts.

Shrimp and sausage gumbo

Cleaned the shrimp then made stack with the shells and heads for my base

Made a nice roux

Cut up the sausage

Add everything plus the seasonings to the strained shrimp stock except the shrimp I'll add them just before I turn it off so they're not rubbery

And gotta have a fresh loaf of French bread
