Whatcha Making for Supper?

I decided on making a homemade pizza tonight. I found a dough recipe online and it's working in the bread machine. It's pretty much a basic bread recipe, but I added onion and garlic powder, red pepper flakes and dried Italian herb mix. More to follow...

Spread the dough, topped with sauce (tomato paste, oil, water, sugar, vinegar, onion/garlic powder and Ital Seasoning), cheese, Roma tomatoes, yellow onion, fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese. Done in 20....

I didn't have mozerella cheese, had to use Colby Jack.

I love that brand of cheese you have there. We get a little of it way down here but not the variety of types close to where it is made.
