Whatcha Making for Supper?

Today is 'family Christmas'. All but one of our family will be here, and he may show if he gets out of work early. We will feast on cheeses, hors/douerves sp. , salads and then later Polish delights - stuffed cabbage, pierogies, kielbasa - and then birthday cake (DIL and one GD) and cookies. The Princess is stoked!

Pork Souvlaki with tzatziki sauce, pita bread and rice. Worked at a Greek restaurant when I was a kid. One of my favorite meals from there.
