Last night was tuna sandwiches for dinner and tonight is probably gonna be squash chips and fries some bacon and eggs.

Ended up making carne asada nachos and tostadas last night. So here's the ribs all seasoned up and ready to go in the crock pot.

I can’t stand KFC chicken. I do like the mashed potatoes and gravy and the Cole slaw so I eat that sometimes; mostly nostalgia, my dad loved that place.

I found a recipe for the chicken, gravy and coleslaw. I haven't tried making it yet but hopefully this weekend I can get around to trying the recipes for dinner and let everyone know if it is legit or crap. I have also found out that if you can make KFC chicken you can use it for profit and no one can do anything about it.

No, this is just before they go in the pot. There's a stick of butter, a can of Dr Pepper, and some chicken stock in the pot, as well as molasses and honey.
