Whatcha Making for Supper?

I buy the prime tri tips at Costco too. They can't be beat.

I'm making a sheet pan dinner tonight, chicken, potatoes, red onions, bacon and torn pieces of sourdough boule. It's a very good dish for Autumn.

I broke into my freezer and got out some frozen veggies; kale stems, snow peas, green beans. Cooked them in a pan with a little pulled pork for flavor, a jalapeno pepper, fresh tomatoes, carrots, an onion and some chanterelle mushrooms.
