Whatcha Making for Supper?

Went on all recipes site they gave a real nice tutorial on the history of schnitzel and the different types I bookmarked the site.

DH requested 3-bean salad for dinner tonight. So I rinsed a can each of black beans, Great Northern beans and green beans and put them in a bowl. Then I thought, you know what would be good in this? A can of shoepeg corn. Rinsed that and added it. Chopped half a sweet onion and put that in too, with a pinch of kosher salt and some raspberry- walnut vinaigrette dressing. And behold, it was very good!

I hope you make it. We love it here. Haven't made it for a while. Might be the way I make my next pork chops. We also make Spaetzle to go with it. Yum!

I hope you make it. We love it here. Haven't made it for a while. Might be the way I make my next pork chops. We also make Spaetzle to go with it. Yum!

I recall as young kid with Grandma she told me her Mother taught her to make it.

Pound them out, bread, and fry them

They make a tenderized piece of pork like the tenderized piece of beef and it fries up real good.

Tacos for us today, and I'm really looking forward to them! The roast I made last night was a prime top sirloin. So good. Only way to improve it is put it on a freshly made corn tortilla with an Anaheim chili.
