What a wonderful dinner! I love everything you are making.

She cooked the first 25 years. I was able to retire early and took over the cooking. I like it. Some days planning the meal is the highlight of my day -

Same here, except I plan it once a week. DH actually is the one to teach me to cook.

We are having turkey tacos with a green mojo sauce. New recipe, using a lot of citrus and cilantro. Looks interesting, and finally using the last of the left over turkey from Thanksgiving day.
