It's too %$#^! hot to cook anything so we're having salmon salad with pear and cucumber on crackers.

I like the noodle, but it doesn't twirl up on a fork very easily. I'll have to try it with some red gravy in a day of two.

But my belly is satisfied

#3 has golf practice so we may just hit the Carl's Jr (AKA Hardees back east) that's across the street. There's also allegedly the best fried chicken on this side of town at the gas station up the street, so maybe that.

Or Sonic. Yeah. Sonic's good.

Icelandic Langoustine Soup, however, no langoustines available here so using regular lobster. Simmering the stock all afternoon before making the soup.

I always wanted to try meat pie, or pasties. Whatever all the names are.

Give meat pie/pasties a go, and you need ketchup with it
or we call tomato sauce.
Meat pie is different to pasties in Australia.
The different is that meat pie has sauce in it and pasties isn't, pasties is more like sausage rolls.

In my school year, I had mostly meat pie for lunch. I have not make one myself. Meat pie at the fast food stores are very yummy with many different flavour.

Last night we had beef for dinner so tonight will have to be something else.
Fish, it will be...roast potatoes, carrots and pan fried fish fillets with lemon juice.
