Whatcha Making for Supper?

Hubby is having fish & chips.
I'm having a leftover pork chop.
I try to stay away from fish because I'm allergic to shellfish. I'm always afraid of cross contamination.

That's no joke. As I'm sure you know.
My father wound up in the hospital because a restaurant cooked fries and shrimp in the same oil.

Out of the blue. Got into his 50-60's and suddenly became allergic to shellfish. His tongue would swell and cut off his breathing. I hope that never happens to me.
 
I finally got my sauce simmering.
Just waiting now to "shove in all your meat and sausages" ;)
