Whatcha Making for Supper?

I was disappointed in last night's taco pies.
IMO, a flaky pie crust just doesn't belong with taco fixin's. It's needs a shell, or tortilla, or nacho Doritos.
I guess not everything belongs in a pie.

And yes, my pies were more like two biscuit halves. I was glutenenly challenged and could not keep the dough stretched out without it immediately shrinking.

BBQ ribs, oven roasted potatoes, corn, salad.

Garden tomatoes, cottage cheese, pumpkin seeds, and mackerel in olive oil with smoked salt. Really want to pair that with one of the fun ice creams we got for my birthday (maybe Tomato Gelato with Olive Brittle?)
