I went with sardines with lemon pasta.

I'm going to post the video recipe I used, just to see if I can. I had trouble posting videos and links somewhere else last night. It has me curious.

It's Youtube so it worked. That is the only way I've been able to post videos. I know there are other ways, but I think I either don't have the software, websites or know-how. Good job.

Looks good. I would replace the sardines with clams.

It turns out that YT changed all my Playlists to "private" (unlisted and public being the other two choices). I guess by default?
If a video is in a private playlist you can't even post the url and have it show up as a link. You get a big, black, unavailable.

I'm not sure when that happened, but at least I got it fixed.
When I first posted the above video it did not post. That's how I knew it was not the forums, but a YT thing.

And yes, clams, shrimp, bite size chicken... or just straight up lemon pasta. Very versatile.
I can see spinach, grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives, too.

I made the same mistake with youtube. I made my videos private thinking I could individually make them available by sharing. Doesn't work.

Bought "Gemelli" style pasta. Never saw this style before, it looks like two little corkscrews together. Added cooked ground beef, chopped sweet onion and Chunky Ragu.

I made shrimp in wine mushroom sauce over rice. Salad side. Simple dinner.
