Last night I went with a new pork tenderloin recipe. I've only stuffed them before.
I had to substitute a major part of the sauce/gravy, or actually I combined a couple recipes, but it still came out pretty good.

Sausage with sauteed bells and onions on a hoagie roll. Salad for the side. I don't know about potatoes or fries. Up to DH. Just salad for me. We'll probably go out to lunch today.
