Best turkey I ever cooked, and perhaps the best I ever tasted.

Ours was delicious too. Most of the leftover turkey will go into the freezer now, but I'll keep enough out to make turkey tetrazzini tomorrow night.

My hubby loved the homemade mac and cheese!!! Yay!! He was raised on the box stuff so homemade things are usually not his thing. He said he really liked it!! Of course the children loved almost everything! The boys cleaned the bowl of homemade cranberry sauce..so no leftovers of that! The hardest part was timing everything to get done together..I should have made the mashed potatoes in two pots so it wouldn't take so long!

Turkey carcass, veggies and herbs in crock pot to make a savory broth in the slow cooker overnight. I'll can that tomorrow.

Yum.
I simmered the giblets with veggies and herbs and the broth was awesome. I used some for the gravy on Thurs and today I'll turn the rest into soup.
