Whatcha Making for Supper?

Might have liver and onions this weekend.
I've never had liver and onions, but I've always been intrigued!

Tonight, I'm thinking frozen spanakopita with fresh cucumber salad. Cucumber and blueberry smoothies for dessert. We have A LOT of cucumbers to eat up.
 
That works, but they're good when fried. Fried gizzards are even better.
I know a lot of folks enjoy them, but I never had one I really liked. Same with Liver and onions. I'm just not really an organ meat person I guess?

Some people like Rocky Mtn Oysters too. I've had them a couple of times which makes me wonder if anyone fries up rooster "oysters".
