I found some forgotten cans of spam we bought years ago, so I'll be needing to use those up. I think I'll start with spam mosubi bowls.

Today will be WPT for most, and chicken fried steak for me. I hate WPT.

Oh, ha! Ketchup on any sort of taco is sacrilege. It's sweet of you to make it for your wife even though you don't like it.

When I think of white people tacos, I think of Torchy's Tacos, which is phenomenal.

I ended up making a white sauce spaghetti. I made a basic white sauce and added mozzarella into it with garlic, salt, and pepper. I mixed the sauce with the chicken and noodles. I served green beans on the side. It was pretty good. Nothing special just a simple week night dinner.
