Whatever will the neighbors think?

I'm guessing the goat owners won't vote for it.

I had to work out of town for a few months 2 years ago. My company put me up in a condo (Central Florida, Atlantic Coast). About half the permanent residents are retirees from somewhere else. These people were so bored the only thing they could find to do for recreation is tell on each other.
I got a call from the condo assoc. stating I had BETTER STOP with the wild parties.
All I could do is laugh. Parties??!! I'd had co-workers over for dinner one Saturday night, (we're all 50-ish)and 2 of them stepped out on the patio to smoke and because they were talking after 10pm, it became a wild party.
Complaints stopped when the ring leaders dog barked at midnight and I said something to him.

I think our "New Guy" has one little follower in the whole neighborhood that consists of about 50 houses.

The New Guy has settled down and stopped beating his drum, but every now and then he'll do a drum roll to remind us he is a pain in our back side.

The folks that live in the neighboorhood range in ages of 30-somethings to 80-somethings and I don't think anyone really gives a hoot about this guy and his drum beating for enforcing deed restrictions and no one really wants to be on a board to up hold the rules.

He is an older guy recently retired and I think is just bored to tears. I had a feeling he would be a pain in the neck when I realized that he won't even wave to us when we drive by waving.

I told my husband... no free eggs for him!
