What's a decent hatch rate?

I wanted to know people's average hatch rate for incubators and/or hens. I know there are a lot of variables, but I'm thinking of putting some eggs in my incubator on the 11th, maybe on the 12th, so I'd like to see what hatch rate I should be aiming for. It would also be greatly appreciated if you had a recommendation for humidity! And one question about temperature, does it stay at 99.5 F from beginning to end? Or do you have to change it?
*For reference, these eggs are laid by my hens, not shipped and I live in Houston*

I casted my votes, then read your post. I thought that it was hatch rate across the board, not just incubators! Sorry... I was going by what my hens hatched.
