If I came across it on Craig's list, I probably would consider anything under $100 a pretty good deal. That's based solely on my "shopping around for coop" experience, not coop construction knowledge.
How badly do you want to get rid of it? I think your price point is probably around $100. For that asking price, I'd likely send you an offer but for a little less (maybe $75). If it were priced over $100, I don't think I'd feel comfortable putting in an offer. But that's just me!!!

of course he should consider selling it, lol, there are many NH'ites with the chicken madness that would definitely consider using it for a breeding coop.....now then where did you say you are at again??
If you've just recently added ducks, I would suggest keeping the coop. Although we only had ducks for a short while before our unfortunate weasel attack, we found them to be much messier than the chickens. I would use the small coop for the two ducks, and the larger coop for my layers...
