Whats a fair trade?

i have 7 barred rock hens laying good alittle over a year old, he has 8 burbon red and slate mixed 2 week old turkeys and a Easter egger rooster, and he has some black astrolop roosters he is willing to put them in the trade. what would be a fair trade for us both i dont want to be cheated but i dont want to cheat him either. i know my hens are already raised and his is 2 weeks so someone please help me be fair. thanks a bunch

Well they way I see it.

15 dollars for each of your hens = 105 dollars

10 dollars for each 2 week old poults = 80 dollars

I would trade for the poults and 25 dollars, if it was me and I did'nt want the layers anymore.
