It depends on your area and what people are willing to pay. Right now store bought are under a dollar and with the economy so bad many are not buying eggs much higher than that. I was at my farmers market today and everyone was selling for $3 but no one sold any eggs. Last year there was only one person selling this time there were over 6 selling.

I charge 1.80 and several people just give me 2.00 and say they don't want the change.

I plan on selling my farm fresh eggs for 1.00 a dozen and the EE eggs for 2.00 a dozen....

Well, here in so cal, "regular eggs" are $1 - $2 a doz, but the "free range, vegetarian fed, brown" eggs are $4 a doz. and people buy them.
So I sell my eggs $2 a dozen and everyone is happy. I don't have too many eggs to fit in the fridge and they don't spend mega bucks for good eggs!
