whats am i doing wrong

I dont know why they arent laying non of my 12 hens have layed in months and i dont know whats wrong i have done what everyone has told me but they still wont lay. plz plz plz help me your my last hope.

You might have a egg eater or 12
A 2 legged predator may be taking them.
They may be laying in a hidden spot

Hi,

I really don't know what's wrong but maybe I can give you some suggestions to think about.

Do you feed them high protein layer pellets? Do they have food and fresh water available 24/7? Do you feed them a lot of scratch grains and corn that are low on nutritional value? These are better fed in small quantities as a treat food. The issues of food and water seems to be very important. How old are they? If they are getting up there--about 3 years or more--they are likely to slow down. Are they molting? If you see they are losing a lot of feathers for unknown reasons, they may be molting and they usually don't lay or lay less regularly. Are your breeds known to be good layers? Are any broody? They can be broody for months and won't lay.
