Whats eating my NJ hens

Weasels are very common in NJ. I am in central NJ (just north of Trenton) and they are a pain. They are aggressive and tunnel, climb and torture chickens.
I am still trying to figure out how to stop them. I am currently on a night watch and just scare them away right now.
Good luck. They are vicious creatures, decapitating chickens and leaving the carcasses.
 
... Neighbors just cleaned out a fair size debris pile between our yards... and last night I lost 2 birds. Whatever ate them dug under the 2x6 border at the bottom of the chicken yard and killed a naked neck and a baby (just under bantam size) carmel. Opossums love to live in "debri piles" and a possum's modus-operandi is to eviscerate a chicken via a hole gnawed in the side of the abdomen. So my vote is for POGO the possum.
