Left over grilled chicken thighs and roasted yellow bell peppers. Then I gave it a dollop of guacamole and had a great breakfast My stomach knows no clock

I am likely one of the only peeps on here who doesn’t actually like eggs I eat quiche, but that’s about it.

But all of my guests love the fresh morning eggs!

Lol, I'm not a big egg person either! Sometimes I'll eat some scrambled, but I prefer them nice and done, not somewhat wet. Scrambled eggs are better with some sort of meat added. I had quiche for breakfast. I usually eat eggs with ketchup.
