What's for dinner tonight? 5/19

Tonight jumbo shrimp with a very zippy cocktail sauce, Big's homemade meatloaf and orichette pasta (little ears) with scallions, garlic and parsley white wine sauce. Yeah Baby !!
 
Hard to compete with bigmike...if he were local, Id never cook, Id just invite myself to his house. Every. Day.

Today was leftover chicken and feta brats from my local organic meat store (Rosas Farms). Those things are KILLER.

So leftover chicken brats with steamed broccoli.

And Publix Espresso Chip Frozen Yogurt. Sinfull.
