we had roast pork with onions and peppers, roast potatoes, peas, and gravy

My DH is doing the cooking tonight and he is going all out! Some fried catfish, catfish marinated in Italian dressing and grilled, and mexican catfish that has salsa, cheese, and crushed chips on them and grilled also. He is also baking parmesean potatoes in the oven. Mmmmmm.
DD had made a chocolate cake from scratch that has peanutbutter icing on it. It was DELISH!! So that may be the dessert again.

one pot chicken yella rice and smoked link sausage and asparagus topped with shredded cheddar but the kids had corn instead of asparagus

Homemade chicken stir-fry.

Well im finished baking the chicken I rubbed it down with salt,paprika,chiles,pepper,and some pultry seasoning it was awesom the skin was so crispy and yummy

also made spinach and mashed potatoes to go with it.
