What's going on with her?(Possible outcast?)

Our 2 years old IR duck named Duchess has been hanging out by herself during free range time and sometimes at night. I've checked her all over, thinking that maybe something was wrong but there's nothing at all. I even checked for illness but still the same result.
The other 4 ducks & 1 drake have been keeping together and don't bother being around Duchess unless they're locked up in their yard during the day.

She does try to follow the chickens around but even then, they don't seem to want to be around her either.

They all finished their molts at the end of October so it can't be that.

Their ages:
Colonel(drake) : 2 years old (Grew up with Duchess) - Khaki Campbell
Duchess : 2 years old - Indian Runner
Kaeda : 1 year old - Indian Runner
Lil Quack : 8 months old (Offspring of Colonel & Duchess) KC/IR mix
Pinto & Banshee : 8 months old - Welsh Harlequin


What could possibly be wrong with her??

Is this a new development? Ducks have their own way of choosing the pecking order. I have a flock of 10 Muscovy ducks of which 2 of tend to be loners. As long as she is healthy and not being picked on, I think you need to let the flock work it out.

I have one duck that would rather be by herself. There's nothing wrong with her. She seems happy and healthy, just not big on the flock. She hangs in their vicinty, no one picks on her, Shea just her own duck. Maybe nothing is wrong with your duck. Just a personality quirk.
