What's Going on With Lady's Face Feathers?

About a week ago we had a coyote out back - took one of our hens and scared the rest. We looked at the other birds and all seemed unharmed but this lady has become really afraid (even of me - none of them are usually afraid of me ((I feed them))). Recently she seems to be losing feathers on her face. I haven't seen anyone packing at her and her face seemed normal after the coyote attack.. Is she in a molt? Self inflicted? Sick? I'm new to chicken raising - sorry if this is an obvious one.

Molting. If you look closely, you'll notice she's also missing tail feathers and her chest and neck feathering looks patchy.

Picture won't enlarge, but are those pin/blood feathers on her face? If so this is just a molt.

Pretty sure it's molting.
