What breed? Sometimes those that are "puffy" get messy poop or the cecal gets stuck their feathers back there. Assuming she never did it before, keep a close eye on her and see how she does. Check her over well for mites/lice. Does she free range?

She used to free range only when we're home. We have a fox that like to dine on chicken. However she died yesterday. All the others are looking good so hope it's just a chicken thing and nothing that will spread.
