What's going on with my hen?

2 year old Wyandotte Hen
Comb is purpleish/pale
She is acting somewhat lethargic, but certainly not her normal self. She is constantly flexing her vent. When I examined her, her vent looked normal, it was just constantly flexing.

Could she be eggbound?

might be when is the last time she laid an egg? can you feel anything down around her vent or abdomen? I haven't had that problem but alot of people say to give a good soak in warm water and use vaseline or olive oil around vent area to help just in case. When soaking make sure to dry her real good before putting her back outside.

She actually rarely lays an egg - well not that I see anyways. She came out of molt about a month ago and I did see her in the coop about a week ago - but I never see her on a nest.

you should still examine her abdomen and look closely at her vent. are there any other symptoms?
