Whats going on?

My wife and I got into the chicken game this spring. We love them! They're for pets and eggs only. One barred-rock, two wyandottes; 1 silver, 1 gold. All are around 8-9 wks, fully feathered and growing fast. They've all grown up together and been fine, but the last week or so, the GW is pestering the SW and yanking feathers out. ANY idea why this may be happening? The GW is the smallest of the three, but not by anything significant.

Guess #1) Possibly just asserting the pecking order. Sounds par for the course with chickens. As they get older that order is refined and less likely to be tested by the same ones.
