What's in my eggs!?!?

Found these globs in three different eggs this morning. What is it??

It's called a meat spot. Sounds gross, but nothing bad about it. I just pick it out. It's perfectly normal for this to happen to new layers.

"The egg yolk or egg white may have red or brown specks in it. These “blood spots” and “meat spots” are harmless bits of tissue and are allowed in commercial Grade B eggs. If they look unappealing, the spots can be removed with a spoon or knife before cooking."

Thank-you! We picked them out before eating but then I worried we shouldn't have ate them! Yes your right they are new layers. Great to hear, thanks again!
 
My girls are doing the same thing right now too. When I first saw them I thought something fell off the shell or into the pan. Now we break our eggs into a small bowl first, check it, then dump it in the pan or bowl.
