Thank-you! We picked them out before eating but then I worried we shouldn't have ate them! Yes your right they are new layers. Great to hear, thanks again!It's called a meat spot. Sounds gross, but nothing bad about it. I just pick it out. It's perfectly normal for this to happen to new layers.
