Yup, that would certainly be a problem! DH just always carried the key fob in his pocket. When I drove it I kept the key attached to my purse on a caribiner, but I always used the key to lock the car.

Mum has a push button car, mine is older and has keys.
But we have both always had our car and house starter/opener, on the same key ring.
You can't get in the house if you don't bring your key/fob in.

Hubby does all of our electrical. He was taught when he was a little boy by his papaw. He is so smart with it..I'm good to change a light bulb haha
When we bought our house he had to redo a line that went from the main power box outside to his garage..the guy told him oh yeah it's wired for such and such..well the guy had a live wire in our front yard. Praise LORD JESUS none of us got hurt on it!! Dh said if we had stepped on it while wet we could have been electrocuted!!! We had our house "professionally" inspected...and so much is off. We probably would have still bought our house, but it's pretty sad to pay all that money and have major faults.
For our electric box on the inside he bought stickers so we can know easily what goes to what. I think he bought them on amazon.

I used to do "all the things" in the house. Outside too. My father taught me. I guess that was my favorite time with him. He said if you can take it apart then you knew how to put it back together. He was right. Jack of all trades master of none? Anywhere from 220 wiring to knocking walls down. Going upstairs in Mi. the steps were around 4 inches wide. I called in 2 contractors and they said impossible and something about head room so mom and I did them. Worked out great. I've busted up a concrete pad about 24 ft. squared with just a sledge hammer, ordered 5 yards of top soil and spread it in that space and had tomatoes plants up to my neck. Ripped the side walk up and laid the concrete/stepping stones in a more natural curve then painted them red. I could keep going but you get the idea. lol Today I struggle to get off the toilet. I sure miss those days.

I didn't think you could lock it without the key fob? When DH had his Prius, he had to get out of the car WITH the fob and lock it, then put the fob in his pocket.

I have a push button start. I keep my fob in my purse. I can lock my doors on the outside if my purse is with me by pushing a place on the door handle.Dont need to pull the fob out. Coming back I can unlock my door if my purse is with me by pushing the place on the door handle. Don't need to pull the fob out.
If I leave the car on to run into the house, with my purse, it beeps and beeps to let me know I left the car on. I carry a purse. Guessing some of you don't?

I finished getting the garden ready for the spring garden, and my front flower bed before it started snowing this morning! I'm excited to plant again!!
I'm sorry granny it's just the seasons of life they all have their struggles one way or another.
I'm definitely not a master of anything or anyone! LORD JESUS is my master, and gives me life and strength!

Hahaaa Well I tried that w/Robert. I taught him enough to get him started then he went half a day regular school half to the career center. I had to scream decrimanation to get him in electrical and he finished 2 years as top of the class. He got certified and was ready to go work under someone. That never happened and he tells me now he doesn't remember

He would probably remember if he started. Maybe present him with an electrics "puzzle" you are just ruminating about outloud..
