I'm not getting my hopes up until day 17. Monday will be day 10 and I'll be candling that batch again.Maybe the baby will be huge with all that yolk to sustain it?

I totally would, in the name of science. Of course, yes….um…science. That’s it.It's one of those things where I realize I shouldn't, but I'm very intrigued . . . so I might do it just this once. Seeing the chick, if it hatches, would also help me narrow down which of my girls is laying the double yolker so I can keep an eye on her.
Or will it end up needing extra air? Perhaps it would do better to let that one dry out a bit extra, to make the airsack bigger.Maybe the baby will be huge with all that yolk to sustain it?
