What's in our ducks vent?

Hi, So I was walking outside and I found one of our ducks away from the other ducks and she was slow when I was catching her. (Because I knew something was probably wrong) So I looked around on her and found to what looked like a solidified poop thing in her vent sticking out, so I thought I should probably pull it out. So I used plastic tongs and I tried pulling it out, it seems that some of it is pulled out but it's still in her vent (note: apparently the tongs broke a bit of the tip of it and there was a bit of watery blood dripping out I think). So the picture is what it currently looks like, I don't want to do anything more because I might make a mistake and we have never had any of our poultry have this before so I don't know what to do. So has anybody had this happen to one of their poultry? Or have any clue how to help this duck? Help would be really appreciated, thx ^^

The duck died overnight, we didn't know what to do. At least she was in a safe warm place. R.I.P

Are you sure? It could have been a really bad prolapse but it had gone way too far. Sorry you lost your bird.
