Um not sure if this is is a mille fleur/sebright mix or mille fleur/game hen mix. It's not as buff as it appears, it's more of a baby-blue/biege color:

And this roo.... I would just like to know breeds could be in him:

Your roo is a Columbian Rock. The other looks like it has some Booted Bantam in it..not sure what the cross.

First one looks like it could have a little Porcelain D'uccle in it.

Second one looks like it could have some Columbian Rock or even Dellie mixed in. Conformation isn't good.

I can't be 100% sure on the first one, but I think I see a rose comb which means it has to be D'Uccle/Sebright. Don't have a clue on the second one.
 
The first is a Mille Fluer/Sebright mix. Note the comb type and leg color.

The second is a Columbian Rock.
